What is GO3?

GO3 is an exciting three-day Electronic Entertainment Expo that will showcase the latest in games hobbies and electronic entertainment. The Expo is for companies and consumers with a passion for state-of-the-art, interactive leisure pursuits.

Held in Perth WA - Australia's gateway to Asia and Europe - GO3 is without doubt the southern hemisphere hub for the world's leading electronic entertainment companies.

For more information visit the GO3 Website.

Who runs it?

The GO3 Electronic Entertainment Expo is owned and run exclusively by the Davlei Corporation, an events management company based here in Perth, Western Australia.

What's happening for the LAN?

As part of the GO3 Electronic expo 2007 there will be a dedicated LAN area. Over 750 gamers will compete in non stop gaming competitions from 10am Saturday until 4pm Sunday in a series of structured competitions to win prizes.

For more information, please check out the GO3 Website.

What is WALAN's involvement?

As Western Australia's premiere computer gaming event, the team who run WALAN will be providing staff to run the GO3 LAN and ESWC tournaments over the course of the weekend.

The GO3 LAN Arena is organised and prepared by the staff at the Davlei Corporation and their staging and electrical partners.

What prizes will be available?

Information on gaming tournaments and prizes will be made available via the GO3 and WALAN websites as they become available.

If you represent an organisation in the computer gaming and/or entertainment industry, please contact the Davlei Corporation directly.

Why do I have to have my power cables tagged?

Unfortunately the venue management for the GO3 LAN require that all electrical leads be tested and tagged by a qualified electrician before being allowed on the premises, and this extends to patrons of the GO3 LAN also.

To get your power cables tested and tagged, you will need to contact a local qualified electrician.

UPDATE: You can now purchase tested and tagged leads with your ticket.

Should you require further information about this requirement, please contact the Davlei Corporation directly.

Do I have to drop my PC off on the Friday?

To ensure the safety of all GO3 patrons, heavy computer equipment (PC Cases and CRT monitors) will need to be dropped off prior to the event between 9am and 9pm on Friday the 30th March.

I still have questions, where can I go for more info?

If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact the Davlei Corporation directly via info@go3.com.au.
